Explanation on “Root Directory”

When we ask you to install something to the root of a drive, we mean the main directory of that drive, not inside any folders. The root is the top-level location of your drive. The starting point of the file structure.

For example:

If your Starfield game is installed in K:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Starfield, then the root of that drive is simply: K:\

Do not install the setup to a location like this:
K:\Games\
K:\Program Files\
K:\Starfield\

Instead, select just: K:\Star Wars Genesis

This ensures your Wabbajack installation has sufficient privileges and is not conflicting with the game files.
