The list below includes both vanilla replacement and standalone factions. Please note that the original vanilla faction has close to zero impact on gameplay at this point of development. Vanilla lore hasn’t been taken into consideration since V3. Dozens of quests have been completely rewritten from the ground up, and many faction relationships have been completely changed.

This page is still in early access, and will be updated with pictures on later day, and include any factions added to Genesis in the future.

The Empire

Replacement of the UC Colonies faction. Found in military POIs and cities.

The Rebel Alliance

Replacement of the Freestar Collective faction. Found in abandoned POIs and cities.

Shadow Collective

Replacement of the Crimson Fleet faction. Found in random POIs and home base.

Scavengers/Raiders

Replacement of the Spacers faction. Found in random POIs.

Trandoshans

Replacement of the Ecliptic faction. Found in random POIs.

Sith Empire

Replacement of the Varuun faction. Found in random POIs and home base.

Yuuzhan Vong

Replacement of the Starborn faction. Found in Main Story and beyond.

Pyke Syndicate

Replacement of the Disciples Faction. Found in random POIs, Nar Shaddaa, and Tatooine.

Hutt Cartel

Replacement of the Seokguh Syndicate. Found in random POIs, Nar Shaddaa, and Tatooine.

Crimson Dawn

Replacement of the Strikers faction. Found in Nar Shaddaa exclusively for now.

Bounty Hunters’ Guild

Replacement of the Tracker’s Alliance faction. Found in Dantooine.

Swoop Gang

Replacement of the Shaw Gang faction. Found exclusively in Dantooine quests for now.

Ohnaka Gang
