
Star Wars Genesis 8.0.3 Patch Notes
Wanted to get this out as fast as possible so atleast new players don’t run into major issues anymore. Going on a 2-3 day vacation after this too so I’ll largely be MIA but I’m sure you guys will be fine. It’s been a rough V8 launch from the performance issues to the infinite loading. Performance is much better with the packed Coruscant textures/sound files and will continue to improve over time. Infinite loadings are completely fixed. Read more about it below:
Infinite Loading Fix
- Temporarily removed mod causing infinite loading until it’s ready to be put back in. I’m not sure of the effects on this for existing saves. We originally thought the areas were permanently corrupted, but after doing some testing, they all seem fixed regardless if you have a new save or existing save
Coruscant Development
- Began furnishing of upper level of Spaceport and adding lights
- Removed fog from Commercial Area
- Removed a small amount of floating vanilla light sources
- Decreased amount of bright white flashes when walking around. There is one left in the hangar
- Extended out undercity illusion on the side of the star destroyer
- Renamed MAST District to Imperial Sector
New Companions
- HK-47 and T3-M4 have been added to Mos Eisley as recruitable companions
New Blasters
These blasters below were prematurely added to Genesis V8 and weren’t balanced properly. They have now been balanced. If you’ve already obtained these blasters, they may or may not be retroactively buffed. If they aren’t, please drop them on the ground and acquire them elsewhere/spawn them in

Misc
- The best achievement enabler mod for Starfield was finally updated so it has been re-added to Genesis. You will see a brief popup the first time you load a save with it
- Extra hair and beard options have returned
