
Star Wars Genesis 8.0.0 Patch Notes
Coruscant 2.0
- Coruscant has been fully revamped with Star Wars assets and buildings. The city has been transformed into a multi-level cityscape below the surface of the planet.
- This is an early access release of the city, missing a few functional features such as new black market vendors.
Mos Eisley and Tatooine
- The planet and system of Tatoo (Tatooine) has been added, with unique biomes, animals, enemy/neutral factions, and POIs
- The city of Mos Eisley has been fully ported into Tatooine as a functional city with unique NPCs, vendors, and more
Mandalorian Forge Ruins
- Hidden forge POI added to Mandalore
- Beskar Ingot (contraband) as primary ingredient
- Beskar Ingot (astra/bounty hunter’s guild currency) converted into Beskar Fragments
- Beskar Fragments available to be smelted into Beskar Ingots at the Forge
- Damaged Mandalorian armor available for pickup at forge with 4 tiers of visual and stat upgrades:
- Mended
- Reforged (Blue with 1 curated perk)
- Tempered (Purple with 2 curated perks)
- Refined (Legendary with 3 curated perks)
- Refined armor (final upgrade) is the same armor model as the existing Pure Beskar armor (now with 2000 defensive value and 3 perks)
- Existing Pure Beskar armor (found in The Mandalorian mission) converted into Din Djarin’s armor and renamed to “Mandalorian Armor of the Mudhorn (will remain at 1800 defensive value but with 2 perks)
New Sandbox Missions
- 300 new repeatable sandbox missions varied across 65 types, including multi-objective quests
- With randomized objectives and mission data pads from dead bodies that lead to unexpected quests, this mod ensures a never-ending cycle of adventure.
Sith Empire
- Replaced outdated Sith Empire Purge Trooper armor with Bonepunk’s Phase 2 Purge Trooper armor
- Added Void Trooper armor to enemy level list
- Added Sith Royal Robes and Acolyte Robes and began giving it to named NPCs
- Rebalanced armor hierarchy
Balancing
- Having a Helmet equipped is now the only requirement for breathing on planets with no atmosphere AND not taking lung damage from specific sources
- Lowered Mudtrooper defense to be lower than Stormtrooper armor
- Removed legendary perks on Shadow Trooper Armor
- Buffed Shadow Collective armors and added Durasteel to their names
- Nerfed Old Republic Knight and Ubese Armors
- Nerfed Imperial Soldier and Sith Trooper
- Modified the armor values in Radiclown’s resource mod to match Genesis values
- Duplicate blasters have had their references replaced with Crozzbow’s blasters
- Did not have time to add 8 of crozzbow’s new blasters to game (sorry)
HUD Rework
- New star wars hologram themed HUD, featuring an animated radar, weapon widget, scanner tint, less clutter, aurebesh symbols, and more!
- Replaced Varu’un icon with Sith Empire icon
- Replaced activity and side quest icons with SWTOR activity/quest variants
- Replaced NASA computer wallpaper with custom Taris Shipyards screen
- Aurebeshified Slayton Aerospace computer screen
- Replaced UC symbol on Imperial computer backgrounds with digitial Imperial logo
- Replaced Starware animation with Aurebesh version
- Replaced vanilla level up logo with the Star Wars Genesis logo
- Removed all armor/weapon name prefixes
Mercenaries and Bounty Hunters
- Added white and grey Heavy Plastoid armors to Mercenary armor pool
- Added unique Trandoshan to both Mercenary and Bounty Hunter pools (unlootable skin)
- Added Embo’s armor (Scavenged Kyuzo Armor) to Mercenary armor pool
- Added existing Deathwatch bounty hunter armors into Bounty Hunter armor pool
- Added various existing armors into mercenary or bounty hunter pools with unique combinations:
- Tantel helmet + Veteran Backpack + Makeshift Droid Armor

- Added two Destiny 2 armors into the game (no helmet/hood/cape) and renamed them to fit a Star Wars setting,

Tianese Assault Armorhave been added to the Mercenary armor pool, - Added Havoc Squad armor and called it Old Republic Trooper Armor. Added the armor + Shadow Collective Grunt Helmet into Bounty Hunter armor pool, inspired by Sleepy’s pic in Discord,
- Worker Gear + Vagrant Cloak added to Mercenary pool
- Moved Mudtrooper Armor + Green Boba Mask to Bounty Hunter instead of Mercenary pool
- Added Tie Fighter Armor + Scarf + Old Republic Breathing Mask to Mercenary Poo
- Removed Nomad, Kellic, and Neo Crusader from Mercenary leveled list and put into Bounty Hunter one
Voicelines
- 2500+ converted Crowd voicelines (all thanks to Luigi)
Aliens
- Alien children have been added to crowds
- Countless unique NPCs have been replaced with unique Alien races and outfits
Misc
- Converted vanilla Shattered Space spacesuits into existing Sith Empire ones
- Added atmosphere and other habitable features to Vardos
- Removed Stroud-Eklund logos on ships (will replace in future)
- String/Subtitle references to the Mantis have been changed to the Mandalorian
- String/Subtitle references to the Tracker’s Alliance have been changed to the Bounty Hunters’ Guild

- President Abello has been converted into Grand Moff Leonia Tavira (appearance, voicelines, name, etc)
- Doubled the ship boost duration and quadrupled the recharge rate, significantly speeding up ship combat
- Agent Plato has been given Imperial Officer clothes
- Converted AT-ST plugin back to old full master version and increased HP significantly
- Vendors now have 10x more stock and restock within a day rather than 2. I rushed with this. If you feel as if a specific vendor has too much money now, lmk. Each type of vendor’s credit stock can be manipulated separately.
- Increased ship interaction distance from 500 to 2000 (docking and looting)
- Doubled Sarah’s health
- Replaced Trident Security Uniform with Canto Bight Police Uniform
- Better makeup textures
- Core Coe and her Mom are now both Twi’leks

Logistics
- Reversed the active space war between the Empire and Rebels. It was too buggy and pretty unimmersive seeing Rebels fighting above Coruscant. A better implementation of this is coming soon…
- Added intro message regarding main story to alternate start menu popup. Many new players who never played Starfield before were very confused on what to do or where to go. Hopefully this makes things more clear
- The two Shoretrooper plugins have been combined into one,
- All Shoretroopers NPCs have been given helmets besides the Chief,
- Removed and integrated “Spacesuits Prevent Lung Damage”,
- Removed Improved Combat AI plugin (already integrated),
- Removed Star Wars Props plugin (obsolete),
- Separated Coruscant and Nar Shaddaa cities into 2 standalone plugins. Nar Shaddaa is untouched and will be revamped far into the future,
- Removed and integrated Star Wars Contraband plugin,
- Removed We Were Once Here. 3 skeletons are not worth a full master slot haha
- Integrated 100% armor drop chance into genesis override instead of depending on console command runner,
- Integrated the console portion of our current FOV mod (Real ADS) into genesis override instead of depending on console command runner,
- Integrated the extra health upon new game start into the base character health. Default starting health at level 1 is now 200. No reliance on console command runner,
- Removed Console Command Runner
Performance Improvements
- Added Undelayed Menus as a foundational mod, possibly reducing or fixing the infamous menu lag bug
